IN SEARCH OF THE GREAT PUMPKIN II ROAD RALLY

 Continental Divide Region SCCA has scheduled a"Gimmick" Road Rally for

Saturday 12 November 2016. This Rally is a re-creation of a Road Rally first run almost 20 years ago. It will be run on public roads in and around Colorado Springs.

 

Rally starts at the Sears parking lot on Southgate Road in the southern end of Colorado Springs.  On site registration will open at 8 AM

 

Cost is $30 per car.   Dash plaques for all and trophies will be awarded to winners

 

Entries will be capped at 40 cars.  Go online to pre register at

MotorsportReg.com.  Pre registration is preferred but walk up registration will be

allowed.  Priority will be given to those pre registered if cap is exceeded.

 

Rally is open to any type of car.  THIS IS NOT A SPEED EVENT.  SCCA membership IS NOT required if you wish to invite a friend.  Free weekend membership will be available.  Gimmick Rallys are fun events where you will be given a route to follow and a set of questions to answer along the way.

A driver and navigator are required but need no special training.

 

First Car will depart at 9:30 AM
